About the job

We're hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to own the tools, process, and data that power everything from a lead's first touch to closed-won. We're looking for someone who obsesses over the details at every stage of the funnel and is excited to help define what modern revenue operations looks like in the age of AI.

You'll partner with the marketing, sales and finance teams to build and maintain the systems that track every activity along the way. You'll design scalable processes that capture clean data throughout, so it's accurate and complete, everything is measurable, and the whole motion gets faster and smarter as we scale.

You might be a fit if you…

• Have 3 to 6 years of experience in RevOps, or Sales Ops, ideally at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company or agency.

• Know HubSpot inside and out, including architecture, workflows, properties, lifecycle stages, integrations, and data hygiene. This one is required.

• Are highly analytical and hands-on with data: you can build your own reports, pressure-test the numbers, and look at a funnel to see where it's converting, where it's leaking, and what to fix first.

• Prefer building clean, repeatable systems over one-off fixes, and think about how things scale before they break.

• Communicate clearly, whether you're getting marketing and sales on the same page or walking a leader through the data.

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and speed matters.

What you'll do

• Own our CRM and the tools connected to it (HubSpot, Nooks, and more) to support marketing, sales, and finance: architecture, workflows, integrations, data hygiene, and the roadmap for how we use them.

• Run the full funnel from first touch to closed-won: capture, enrich, score, and route every inbound, outbound, and partner lead, with clear lifecycle stages and handoffs between marketing and sales.

• Build and maintain the enrichment system that feeds our account and contact data into scoring, targeting, and the plays marketing and sales run.

• Design the reporting that shows how the funnel is performing: stage conversion, attribution, pipeline, and the numbers leadership and finance need to forecast and model.

• Set and enforce data quality standards, and drive adoption so the whole team works from one reliable source and the data stays clean.

• Bring AI and automation into our tools and workflows, finding where they can cut manual work and speed things up.

• Develop scalable processes and playbooks so the system holds up as we grow.

• Build and maintain the marketing workflows that feed the funnel, from lead capture and forms to nurture and campaign tracking.

• You've stood up a RevOps function at a startup and built the infrastructure from scratch.

• You've supported a growing sales team and know what reps need to move fast.

• You've worked in a fast-moving agency or high-growth startup.

• You've spent countless hours with tools like Claude and ChatGPT and have a point of view on where AI fits in a modern revenue engine.
