Responsibilities:
Operational & Client Engagement:

Manage the company’s collections process.

Track MQLs and SQLs and analyze funnel performance.

Conduct research on target markets for marketing and sales.

Support the execution of marketing campaigns.

Assist in developing sales materials and assets.

Analyze ROI for campaigns, products, and partnerships.
Data Analysis & Marketing Strategy:

Leverage Microsoft Excel to analyze customer usage data, deriving insights to inform upselling opportunities and product improvements.

(Optional) Utilize understanding of SQL and Python to extract, manipulate, and interpret customer data for tailored engagement strategies.
