Data is only as valuable as the decisions it drives. At OpenLoop, we're looking for a GTM Insights Analyst who can turn complex revenue data into clear, actionable insights—building the dashboards, analyses, and reports that help Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams understand what's working, what isn't, and what to do next.

This isn't a passive reporting role. You'll be a proactive analytical partner to GTM teams, surfacing the trends and signals that drive better decisions—and helping leaders ask better questions of their data. You'll work closely with the broader RevOps and Revenue Intelligence teams, and your work will have a direct line to how we allocate resources, prioritize accounts, and forecast revenue.

Why This Role Exists

Limited analytical bandwidth is slowing decision-making and reducing our ability to identify performance gaps across the funnel. GTM leaders need faster, more reliable access to insights—and a partner who can help them understand what the data is actually saying.

This role fills that gap. You'll provide the analytical support that enables data-driven optimization across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success—and help build the self-serve reporting infrastructure that scales with the business.

What You'll Own

• Dashboards & Reporting – Build and maintain dashboards and reports across the GTM funnel—from top-of-funnel acquisition through pipeline, conversion, and retention—using tools like Tableau, Looker, or Salesforce reports.

• Funnel Analysis – Analyze funnel performance and trends to identify conversion bottlenecks, drop-off points, and opportunities for improvement across Marketing, Sales, and CS.

• Forecasting Support – Partner with RevOps leadership to support forecasting and planning processes with clean, reliable data analysis and scenario modeling.

• Growth & Efficiency Insights – Proactively identify opportunities to improve revenue efficiency—surfacing insights about pipeline quality, campaign performance, rep productivity, and customer health that GTM leaders can act on.

• Executive Reporting – Deliver clear, concise insights to leadership in the formats they need—whether that's a weekly pipeline report, a QBR package, or an ad hoc analysis on a key business question.

• Data Quality Partnership – Partner with the Revenue Intelligence team to identify data quality issues, validate analysis inputs, and ensure the integrity of the insights you deliver.

What We're Looking For

• 5–7+ years of experience in analytics, revenue operations, or a data-heavy business intelligence role—ideally at a B2B SaaS company

• Strong SQL skills and experience building reports and dashboards in Tableau, Looker, or equivalent BI tools

• Solid understanding of SaaS revenue metrics: pipeline, ARR, conversion rates, churn, NRR, CAC, LTV

• Experience working with Salesforce and/or HubSpot data—you know where the data lives and how to pull it reliably

• Exceptional data storytelling skills—you can turn a complex analysis into a clear narrative that non-technical stakeholders can act on

• Detail-oriented with strong data validation instincts—you don't ship an analysis until you've pressure-tested it

• Proactive and intellectually curious—you bring questions and hypotheses, not just answers

• Time to Insight – Average time from business question to data-backed answer

• Dashboard Adoption Rate – Active usage of self-serve dashboards and reports across GTM teams

• Accuracy of Analysis – Error rate in delivered analyses and reports

• Impact of Recommendations – GTM decisions influenced by analysis, tracked through qualitative and quantitative feedback

• Stakeholder Satisfaction – Feedback from GTM leaders on analytical support quality and responsiveness
