Position Overview
We are excited to grow our team and are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Associate to help support the continued success of our store.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide customers with helpful information about store products and services
- Assist customers with questions and requests both in person and over the phone
- Welcome and support customers with friendly and professional service
- Help maintain stock levels and replenish merchandise as needed
- Process sales transactions accurately, including payments and receipt distribution
- Label merchandise and ensure pricing is displayed correctly
- Support the team in achieving daily sales objectives
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong communication, customer service, and basic math skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a professional appearance
- Sales experience and bilingual skills are a plus

Pay Range
USD $17.13 - USD $18.00 /Hr.

Whistle Workwear provides schooling to each of its team members on the products we carry, and training on customer service to help ensure that you not only get the correct workwear but also enjoy your time at our stores.

We know you work hard for your money, that’s why we offer a wide selection of workwear at all price points and provide services such as: hemming, embroidery, boot stretching, special ordering, and cobbler services, as well as a military and union discount. We believe the grass is always greener where you water it. So, we give back to our communities by volunteering, donating to local food banks, and providing scholarships to a local trade school.
Whistle Workwear first opened its doors in 1995 at the South Hill Mall located in Puyallup, WA. Del, our owner, has since instilled a passion within his employee’s to always go above and beyond for our customers, fellow employees, and everyone in-between.
