Job Details: Job Location: JBBS - OTT Austin - Austin, TX, Salary Range: $15.00Hourly, We are seeking a full-time Brand Ambassador to become part of our Over The Top Cake Supplies team!
Responsibilities:
Greet Customers
Identify customer needs
Explain products and services to customers
Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
Enter and process customer orders
Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Assist with birthday parties and kid camps
: Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in decorating (cakes, cookies, cupcakes, etc.)
Pay Information:
$15/hour
Paid Time Off after 60 days
401k and employer match after 1 year of service
