Position Overview

ZWILLING is looking for part-time Retail Sales Associates to join our retail sales team. 

The ideal candidate will be a result-driven, self-motivated team player with a strong focus on customer service and a culinary passion. Be part of our exciting new Wrentham Premium Outlets store opening and help create an unforgettable experience for every customer from day one!

In this role, you can be expected to do the following:

• Maximize sales results to achieve or exceed store goals
• Deliver outstanding and consistent customer service
• Maintain optimal product presentation in accordance with company standards
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations across all brands and categories
• Support special events, promotions, and grand opening activities to drive traffic
• Maintain customer relationship management systems and customer engagement initiatives
• Receive and process shipments in an organized and timely manner
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment
• Share product knowledge and brand story with customers to enhance their shopping experience

Qualifications and Skills

• A culinary passion!
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Commitment to customer service and continuous improvement
• Retail sales experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional attitude with the ability to be flexible and adapt to change
• Able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
• Able to lift 35 lbs. or more and comfortable using a ladder
