KEH primarily sells through its own channels, including direct-to-consumer online platforms, phone and chat support, and physical retail. The company also operates one of the largest repair operations in the sector and is the only reseller of camera and related equipment with manufacturer-authorized repair capabilities.

The re-commerce market in photography and video continues to experience strong growth as consumers increasingly seek sustainable, cost-effective ways to buy, sell, and trade pre-owned products. Over the past five years, KEH has experienced substantial growth and has made significant investments in systems, technology, and people to support its continued market leadership. KEH is majority owned by D Cubed Group, a private-market investment firm.

WHAT WE DO

We buy and sell pre-owned camera gear to make high-quality photography equipment more accessible and sustainable. We are the go-to resource for photographers, offering expertly graded, high-quality equipment at great value while extending the life of gear for a global creative community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and offering tailored product recommendations aligned with their needs
• Deliver service that reflects KEH’s core values of Knowledge, Excellence, and Heart
• Build trust through personalized, consultative conversations that identify customer needs and preferences
• Resolve customer concerns by actively listening, identifying root causes, and delivering clear, effective solutions
• Leverage internal systems to research and respond to customer inquiries accurately and efficiently
• Manage customer requests to view items, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience
• Guide customers through digital and in-store platforms to ensure a seamless shopping experience
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor in every interaction
• Follow all KEH policies and procedures to ensure compliance and brand integrity
• Stay current on product knowledge, features, and benefits to support informed purchasing decisions
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through customer engagement, upselling, and product promotion
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing store presentation standards
• Build long-term customer relationships through personalized service and follow-up
• Support store safety, cleanliness, and operational standards at all times
• Participate in ongoing training to strengthen product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service excellence

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong interest in photography, technology, or mechanical systems with a willingness to learn
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer experience and/or sales
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Saturday availability required
