Sales & Client Support Specialist – Elements Massage (Clifton Park, NY)

Position & Schedule Details

• Openings: 1 Full-Time | 2 Part-Time

• Shifts: Up to 8 hours for Full-Time; up to 6 hours for Part-Time.

• Availability: Evening and weekend availability is essential, as these are our busiest times supporting our clients.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Guide the Client Experience: Build genuine rapport with every client from their initial booking to check-out, thoughtfully matching them with memberships and service enhancements that support their wellness goals.

• Set the Vibe: Take pride in maintaining a pristine, beautifully organized, and calming environment that reflects our premium service standards.

• Maximize Studio Energy: Efficiently manage daily schedules to minimize open slots, keeping our talented service providers busy doing what they do best.

What We’re Looking For

• Sales Experience: 2+ years in retail or service sales (prior experience in membership-based sales is a big plus!).

• Professional Warmth: A friendly, approachable demeanor paired with strong accountability, reliability, and attention to detail.

• Multitasking Skills: Comfort navigating scheduling software, managing phone calls, and attending to clients with composure and grace.
