We're seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associates who enjoy building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and creating memorable shopping experiences. Whether you're demonstrating premium cutlery, cookware, or kitchen tools, you'll help customers find the right products while sharing your passion for cooking and quality craftsmanship. Conveniently located at Assembly Row, just steps from the MBTA Orange Line, the Mystic River, shopping, dining, and entertainment destinations, our store offers a dynamic retail environment where no two days are the same.

What You'll Do: 

• Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized product recommendations 
• Build genuine customer relationships that encourage repeat business 
• Drive sales by sharing product knowledge and demonstrating key features and benefits 
• Represent ZWILLING and our family of premium culinary brands with professionalism and enthusiasm 
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation standards 
• Support in-store events, product demonstrations, and promotional activities 
• Utilize our CRM tools to engage customers and support clienteling efforts 
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise accurately and efficiently 
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-energy team culture

What You Bring

• A genuine passion for cooking, food, or culinary products
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday schedules as needed
• A positive attitude with the ability to adapt in a dynamic retail environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts
• Ability to lift 35 lbs. and safely use a ladder when needed
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
