Job Details: Job Location: Strongsville OH - Strongsville, OH, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Category: Recruiting, The Retail Sales Recruiting Dialer is an entry-level role designed for individuals who want to start a career with Union Home Mortgage. The primary responsibility is making outbound calls to prospective Loan Officers and scheduling introductory conversations with Regional Managers and other recruiting leaders.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Make outbound calls to prospective Loan Officer candidates from company-provided lists.
Introduce candidates to Union Home Mortgage and generate interest in career opportunities.
Qualify candidates using basic recruiting criteria and company guidelines.
Schedule introductory meetings between interested candidates and Regional Managers or recruiting leaders.
Accurately document call activity, notes, and scheduled appointments in the recruiting CRM.
Conduct timely follow-up with prospective candidates.
Meet established daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals, including calls made, conversations held, and appointments scheduled.
Maintain a professional and positive representation of the company in all candidate interactions.
Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
Qualifications: EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school or equivalent, College preferred.
Previous customer service, sales, call center, appointment-setting, or recruiting experience is helpful but not required.
Mortgage industry knowledge is helpful but not required.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Strong verbal communication skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound phone calls.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Skilled at multi-tasking and keeping organized
Excellent customer service skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to present in a professional manner
