Hey there! Are you looking for a Retail Technician role at MTI? As a Retail Field Technician, you’ll be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, merchandising, and maintaining interactive consumer electronic displays and devices in retail locations. Plus, MTI makes its own security components for consumer electronics, and Retail Electronics Technicians across the country install and maintain them in places like AT&T, T-Mobile, and other big retail stores.

This is a very Flexible Sideline up to Part-Time position that offers:

•      Flexible hours - set your weekday availability

•      W2 position with bi-weekly pay

•      Paid training any training you have it is paid!

•      Paid drive time & mileage to and from each Service Appointment

We’re looking for someone who’s a great mix of technical skills, customer service experience, and knows how to work with consumer electronics. You’ll be around people and representing MTI, so you’ll need to be professional.

• Retail Display Technicians: They’re the pros at setting up and keeping displays looking great.

Responsibilities: Our Retail Technicians will be doing all sorts of things, like fixing things when they break, installing new security hardware, and keeping displays looking great. They’ll also be doing general merchandising.

Here’s what you need to be a great fit for this job:

• * You must be at least 18 years old.
• * You must have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and a vehicle. You’ll need to be able to get to the stores, right?
• We value any experience you have, whether it’s from a previous or current job as a Freelancer with hands-on experience, small business owner, as a Technician, Computer Fix-it, IT, Mechanical, Electrical, attending a University, a College Certificate program, or internships. But don’t worry if you don’t have quite the full earned background - we’re great at training!!
•  You’re a tech-savvy wizard! You’re the go-to person for all things techy, from helping friends and family with their gadgets to assembling IKEA furniture without any mishaps. You can even solve a Rubik’s cube in no time!
•  You’re adaptable to our ever-changing variety of work we have to offer.
•  You have excellent communication skills via phone, text, and email.
• *You have an Android or Apple mobile device for uploading photos and data so you can show off your work.
•  You’re flexible and can work Monday-Friday. Freelance,small business owner , second job, side hustle, new career. Your call.
• You frequently use hand tools, hook things up, trouble shoot and fix.
