Qualifications: We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Branch Manager to lead our de novo Palmer Township branch. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all branch operations while delivering an outstanding banking experience tailored to the financial needs of customers in Forks Township and the surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the branch office in achieving sales and service goals
Engage in outside sales and client service outreach to current and prospective clients
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
Organize and direct branch activities, including staff oversight
Serve as a key retail leader within our organization

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 7 years of experience in banking and/or sales management
Specialized bank sales and product training preferred
Strong skills in communication, leadership, sales, and coaching
In-depth knowledge of retail and business banking products and services
Solid grasp of banking operations, policies, and PC proficiency
