Job Summary

The Retail Sales Associate position requires strong verbal communication and customer service skills. Candidates must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and positive, with a genuine desire to provide guests with a remarkable shopping experience. Duties include stocking merchandise, processing retail sales, and providing resort and local area information. Previous retail experience, a flexible schedule, and strong customer relations skills are preferred.

Typical Schedule

Days:

• • Varies including weekends and holidays

Hours:

• • Preferred availability includes morning shifts; however, flexibility to work evenings as needed based on business demands is required.
    • 16 to 24 hours a week, with multiple shift options available. 

Compensation:

• Pay: $12.77/Hour

Core Responsibilities

•   Process cash, debit, credit and gift card transactions
•   Price, tag, restock and display merchandise
•   Provide great service and information to guests
•   Assist in the training and mentoring of other Retail Associates
•   Assist in annual inventory
•   Communicate store needs to management
•   Other duties as assigned by management
