Part-time hours, full-time pay!
While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! At Renewal by Andersen, we’re having trouble keeping up with all the opportunities to generate leads in retail environments.

We are looking for well-spoken, energetic, and motivated people to generate leads in retail locations. Our goal is to schedule appointments—the more you set, the more money you make! This challenging yet fun position requires the ability to have conversations with ease, overcome objections, and maintain a positive attitude.

Compensation
We offer an hourly base plus UNCAPPED BONUSES. Our average representatives earn $20–$30 per hour. This is a part-time position with the lucrative hours on the weekdays and weekends. Since you may travel to various retail locations with set-up materials, reliable transportation is required. We provide mileage reimbursement.

Compensation includes:

·         $17/hour plus a lucrative commission structure. On average, Retail Ambassadors earn anywhere from $20–$30/HR

·         Multiple bonus opportunities

·         Paid training

Requirements:

·         Dependable & reliable

·         Weekday and weekend availability

·         Part-time, flexible hours (4–6 HR/shift)

·         Reliable form of transportation (mileage is reimbursed)

·         Proficient using a smartphone & computer

·         Ability to execute light setup & breakdown in retail environments

·         Maintain high energy and a positive attitude

No experience required; however, customer service, sales, or retail experience is preferred. All you really need is a desire to learn, grow, and make connections with people.
