Job Description:: Fidelity Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Administration Specialist to support the efficient operation of our branch network and other banking channels. In this role, you will partner with the Retail Services Manager to provide operational support across all branch locations, assist with retail service issues, create and deliver branch performance reports, support product implementations, maintain procedures and workflows, ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements, and contribute to training and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of related experience, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business applications, and a thorough understanding of banking products, services, and retail operations.
