Join our team at Skybokx 109 Sports Bar & Grill as a Host/Hostess, where you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a welcoming and positive dining experience in our lively Natick, MA location. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Manage waitlists and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
- Answer phone calls, handle reservations, and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area.
- Assist with additional front-of-house tasks as needed to support the team.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Benefits
