Our Purpose

Wee Care offers Therapy Services and Home and Community-Based Services using evidence-based treatment models to help your loved one achieve and maintain the highest level of independence. Wee Care has been serving families in our community and surrounding communities since April 2006.

Role Summary

As a Respite Provider, you deliver person-centered support for individuals with special needs so they can build independence at home and in the community while families receive reliable relief. You will follow the service plan, protect dignity, and maintain a safe environment.

Key responsibilities include assisting with personal care when needed; supporting life-skill practice and positive routines; offering companionship; and accompanying members on community outings.

Required qualifications/skills:
- CPR/First Aid certification (or obtain on hire)
- Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Valid Arizona driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Article 9 & Intro to Developmental Disabilities training (or willingness to attend)
- Strong communication and documentation skills; safety-compliance
- Flexible availability including evenings, nights, and weekends
- Special needs experience preferred
