Job DetailsJob Location: Hillsboro, OH 45133Job Shift: AnyJob Category: Health CareThe registered respiratory therapist is a professional who works under the supervision of the Cardiopulmonary Department Manager. Responsible to deliver a high standard of care in the treatment, management, control, diagnostic evaluation, and care of patients with deficiencies and abnormalities of the cardiopulmonary system. Effectively communicates and interacts with all members of the health care team, including patients, families, cardiopulmonary staff, physicians, nursing staff and other allied health personnel.
QualificationsAssociates degree from an accredited (CoARC) respiratory therapy program.
Certification by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
Current licensure by the State Medical Board of Ohio.
Highland District Hospital is a critical access designated, 25-bed acute care facility. We currently employ more than 400 people and benefit from the services of community volunteers. Our medical staff includes over 100 physicians and 15 mid-level providers, representing over 25 specialties and subspecialties.
