RESOURCE COORDINATOR

Job Details: Job Location: 8600 SHELBY COURT 200 - CHANHASSEN, MN, Salary Range: $45000.00 - $50000.00Salary, Summary: The Resource Coordinator communicates with and schedules qualified internal customers for onsite events based on event-specific criteria. He/she is responsible for confirming event details with field technician 24 hours prior to event. 

Salary: $45,000 - $50,000

Essential Job Duties

Contact and schedule field technicians for onsite events
Manage and negotiate labor rate per event per established budget
Negotiate additional costs including miscellaneous materials acquired by field technicians, travel and lodging fees
Provide escalations regarding scheduling conflicts including cancellations, reschedules and budget issues
Recruit, develop and train new and existing field technicians
Participate in Technician (Roster) Review Meetings
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
2-3 years of technical customer support

High school diploma or equivalent required

Supervisory Accountability:  This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Physical Demands (The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job). This position requires extended time sitting and working on a computer with repetitive motion.  Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs.

Work Environment:  This job operates in an office or home setting.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:  This is a full-time position. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am – 5 pm.  As an exempt position, additional time may be required to complete job duties.

Travel: No travel is expected for this position.
