NKHS is a 501(c)(3) private not-for-profit organization operating with the purpose of promoting high quality, comprehensive community mental health programs in Vermont’s beautiful Northeast Kingdom. Responsibilities:

Assist the Program Manager in the overall operation of a Staffed Living home.
Assist the Program Manager in maintaining adequate staff to meet requirements of the program and to supervise, schedule and support staff in the exercise of their duties.
Provide for the physical, emotional, therapeutic and adaptive needs of the consumers, including but not limited to physical care, training, assistance in daily living skills, and care and supervision of all activities of daily living.

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in human services field or equivalent experience in human services field preferred. 
Administrative and/or supervisory experience preferred. 

SALARY & BENEFITS

Competitive Salary: $44,250 to $59,868 based on experience.
