Make a meaningful impact in a vibrant senior living community! As a Resident Transport Assistant, you'll support residents by preparing them for activities, safely transporting them to appointments, and fostering a warm, respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with transportation and activity prep
• Communicate professionally with healthcare providers
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
• Serve snacks and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
• Ensure safety and promote residents' rights

Qualifications:

• Physically fit: able to lift 40+ lbs, walk, bend, and stand frequently
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Commitment to kindness, dignity, and respect
• Passion for customer service and teamwork
• Completion of Fellowship Orientation and pre-hire assessment
