Job Description
Residential Support Staff- Direct Care - Part Time
Schedule:
- Sunday - 6am -6 pm
- Mon -Tues 4pm-10pm
Location: Mill Spring, NC
Benefits:

Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Helps lead recreational, social, and cultural activities
- Encourages participation and can facilitate other activities as needed for residents who aren’t participating in the planned activities
- Support residents in their recovery plans and goals
- Fill in for our Lodge Advisors as needed
- Provides support in crisis management
- Completing documentation
- Assists with procedures such as urine drug screens, breathalyzer, and medication administration
- Transports and accompanies residents on community-based trips, outings, reactional, social, and cultural activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience working with adults with mental health challenges
- At least 21 years of age, current driver’s license, and acceptable driving record to be covered by company insurance
