Job Details: Job Location: Willamette Pass - Crescent Lake Jct, OR, Position Type: Seasonal, Salary Range: Undisclosed, In this role, you will work with guest's to outfit them in the appropriate rental equipment before they hit the slopes of Willamette Pass Resort. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Tech appropriate ski or snowboard rental equipment based on guests’ proficiency level and physical characteristics.
Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on all rental gear.
Ensure the shop inventory is well-organized and adequately stocked.
Inform customers about the proper use and care of their rented gear.
Handle returns and inspecting equipment for damage upon return.
Perform opening and closing procedures in the rental department, including signage, stanchions, cleaning, etc.
Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of skiing and other winter activities preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Available to work on weekends and holidays.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Must have excellent and clear communication skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift weights of up to 20 lbs. overhead.
