Rental Technician

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Are you ready to help each guest start their day with the right equipment? We are seeking a punctual, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about an opportunity to create guests for life. This individual will join our rental team and likely be the first individual our guests meet as they start their rental process.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Skiing and/or Snowboarding experience preferred
• Midweek availability a plus
• Previous customer service experience and general computer knowledge preferred
• Professional, friendly personality is essential to this important guest service role
• Timely and reliable attendance is essential even in inclement weather and must be available to work a flexible work-week, including holidays and weekends
• Strong organizational and time management skills, particularly when working in a fast-paced environment or under pressure

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Assisting guests during registration process
• Assisting guests in fitting equipment
• Following directives and operating independently
• Performing preventive maintenance on all equipment
• Ability to pass binding certification tests
• Immediately reporting operational and equipment challenges to Rental Supervisor
• Maintaining cleanliness of lodge and rental area
• Maintaining an accurate inventory of equipment
• Returning all equipment to correct location
• Safely operating all equipment and tools
