Vacuum Truck Rentals, LLC, (now Rentix Solutions) is one of the largest vacuum truck rental companies in the U.S. with a fleet of more than 3000 pieces of equipment and 30 locations nationwide. With a strong emphasis on the customer experience and a 24/7 service guarantee, we are seeking a Office Coordinator / Rental Coordinator in our North East, MD office. This position combines office responsibilities with hands-on rental operations. The ideal candidate enjoys customer interaction, staying organized, and working around commercial trucks and equipment. This is not strictly a desk job. Team members regularly assist with equipment check-ins, check-outs, inspections, and yard activities to support daily operations.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls and provide outstanding customer service.
Coordinate truck and equipment rentals, returns, and related documentation.
Assist with truck and equipment check-ins and check-outs.
Conduct basic equipment inspections and document condition reports.
Assist the Branch Manager with rental and sales activities.
Process rental agreements, customer paperwork, billing, and invoicing.
Assist with collections and account follow-up.
Verify customer insurance and credit requirements.
Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
Support daily yard and branch operations as needed.
Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

QualificationsThe ideal candidate should hold a High School Diploma or GED; College degree preferred. Minimum of 4 years in an office setting with rental/equipment strongly preferred. Knowledge of MS Excel and Word a must. Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task. Must have strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable, regular transportation is required.
