Job Summary:

Holiday-Help Rental Associates are responsible for generating sales through world-class guest service, assisting customers with rental equipment and providing our guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience.

 A Holiday-Help Rental Associate is a flexible employee who often works in multiple different rental store locations at the specified resort they are hired to, and may also be required to work shifts in other support roles (depending on staffing needs) in various different departments at the resort, including (but not limited to): Retail, Food & Beverage & Base Area Operations..

Scheduling & Seasonal Work Obligation:

• Part-Time Holiday-Help Rental Associate must work 50-100 hours throughout the winter season during one (or more) peak-holiday periods of the winter season.(not including training hours).
• A Part-Time Holiday-Help Rental Associate must work 10-20 hours per week during scheduled peak-periods.
• Peak-periods are defined as: X-Mas/NYE (12/26-1/10); MLK (1/15-1/18); Presidents Week (2/12-2/21); Spring Break (3/12-3/21); and/or Easter (3/26-3/28)
• The Holiday-Help employee will receive an employee season pass, which will become active after their first day of work, and after completing all required documents. Once a holiday-help employee fulfills their seasonal work schedule and agreement, their season pass will remain active for the remainder of the winter season

Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage: 20.00/hr -23.00/hr
• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 
• Shift Type: Part Time hours available
• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age 
• Housing Availability: No  

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent guest service at one of our retail shops
• Fit guests with equipment - we'll train you!
• Explain to guests how to operate rental equipment, safety practices, and guest responsibility for the equipment during the rental including length of rental and return options
• Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards
• May include other duties such as cashiering, retail sales, and other dut
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends
• Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry
• Ability to stand & kneel repeatedly, and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English

The expected pay range is 20.00/hr -23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
