Remote Customer Support Specialist: Beta-i

Position Summary:

Beta-i is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Customer Support Specialist for their team. The successful candidate will provide fast, professional and helpful support to customers, partners, startups and other stakeholders interacting with Beta-i’s unique programs and services.

We need someone who communicates well, pays attention to detail and can operate independently in a remote setting. Experienced multi-taskers working with internal teams to deliver a fantastic experience. recording consumer contact and resolving consumer complaints.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer client questions on email, chat and other support channels.
• Accurate information. Beta-i activities, services, events and procedures
• Timely and competent handling of consumer problems and complaints.
• Send technical or complex issues to the relevant internal team.
• Keep record of customer contact and activities you have done.
• Follow up with clients to ensure sure issues are being corrected the right way.
• Answer customer questions about accounts, registration, scheduling and programming.
• Identify the issues our clients continue to face and keep management informed of the trends.
• Partner with operations, programm and innovation teams when customer support has to be greater.
• Deliver consistent, quality professional client experiences.
• Provide recommendations to help improve the customer experience (overall) and help to improve customer support processes

Technical Requirements

• Experience in customer service, customer assistance, administration or equivalent position.
  Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  Organization, good problem-solving skills.• Good at handling multiple demands and prioritizing.
  Good in itself at a remote place
  Strong computer skills including understanding of E-mail, chat, CRM and productivity applications.
  Great attention to details.
  Professional, patient and client focused approach.
  Ability to communicate in a culturally and background sensitive way.

Required Skills

Experience in start-ups, IT firms, innovation projects or professional services;
Experience supporting remote clients.
Experience with CRM and Ticketing System.
English fluency essential.
Other languages are a bonus.
