Job Description
We are seeking a Remote Travel Representative to support clients before, during, and after their trips. In this fully remote role, you will assist with travel-related requests, provide customer support, and help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for each traveler.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms
- Assist with reservation updates, itinerary changes, and general travel inquiries
- Provide accurate information about destinations, travel requirements, and procedures
- Confirm travel details and follow up with clients prior to departure
- Address client concerns professionally and work toward timely resolutions
Ideal Candidate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience preferred (hospitality or travel is a plus, not required)
