POSITION SUMMARY INFORMATION: DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS

Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will conduct full-lifecycle recruitment efforts in support of US Government and private sector contracts, specializing in sourcing and hiring high-level managerial and director-level talent across security, healthcare, and response logistics sectors.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting, evaluating, and securing top-tier talent for complex managerial and director roles
• Sources and attracts candidates for specialized sectors using advanced databases, professional social media platforms, and networking strategies
• Conducts thorough phone screens and filters candidates to align with rigorous open position requirements
• Conducts structured interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within tight schedules
• Assesses applicants’ relevant leadership knowledge, technical skills, soft skills, executive experience, and operational aptitudes
• Onboards new employees to ensure they become fully integrated into government and private sector operations
• Monitors and applies HR recruiting best practices to maintain compliance and competitive hiring advantages
• Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned according to the needs of the customer/client

Required Education, Certifications, Licenses, and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 2 years of professional full-lifecycle recruiting experience
• Proven track record of recruiting for mid-to-senior level managerial and director roles, ideally within security, healthcare, or response logistics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to pass background check
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. During visits to areas of operations, may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.

 Physical Requirements:

The physical demands listed below, though not fully inclusive, are that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. The employee is frequently required to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. The employee is occasionally required to stand; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
