Are you organized, detail oriented, and enjoy helping others? We are currently seeking a Remote Support Coordinator to assist with travel planning, client support, and itinerary coordination. This flexible remote position offers comprehensive training, ongoing support, and access to industry booking tools.
Responsibilities
- Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options
- Coordinate reservations for hotels, cruises, resorts, and vacation packages
- Organize client itineraries and travel documents
- Communicate with travel suppliers regarding availability and reservations
- Maintain accurate records and booking information
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the planning process
