About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing U.S.-based health and wellness company. They sell a lymphatic therapy device to med spas and wellness centers, bundled with a complete patient acquisition system. Clinics pay $350 a week during a 14-week trial, and the company covers 100% of the marketing — ad spend, creative, landing pages, and booking — with a guarantee of at least 100 new patients through the door or the clinic's money back.

The offer is performing well, with clients seeing strong results, and the company is moving quickly to build on its early momentum.

The Opportunity

Right now, the founder takes every sales call personally, and that's become the bottleneck. Our client is hiring one Senior Sales Closer to take over that responsibility fully.

What You'll Do

• Run 6–10 calls a day with med spa owners, wellness center operators, and practice managers — all by phone, not Zoom
• Own a full sales cycle: some deals close off a single conversation with the agreement signed that day or the next, while others take a week or more of follow-up and multiple touchpoints
• Walk prospects through a detailed agreement and make the process feel simple
• Run confirmation calls to protect your own show rate
• Review your own call recordings through a structured feedback loop, supported by an AI call reviewer and a sales lead
• Share market feedback on objections, ad-to-call mismatch, and what's resonating with prospects

What Success Looks Like

30 days: Ramped on the offer, taking about half of inbound calls, first deals closed.

90 days: You own the calendar, and the founder is off sales calls entirely.

12 months: You're the reason the company can triple ad spend without anyone else touching a call.

Earning Potential

Base Pay: $4,000/month for your first 90 days

Commission: 15% of collected revenue, paid as the client pays, uncapped — if you close it, you're paid on it

Retention Bonus: 10% of $3,000 for every client who keeps the device at the end of their trial

Year 1: Realistically $110,000–$150,000; $180,000+ at full ad spend

Year 2: $200,000+

All commission and bonus figures depend on closed and collected revenue and client retention; they are not guaranteed income.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience closing sales by phone, with a track record you can speak to directly
• Comfortable with a sales cycle where the signature typically comes after the call rather than on it — roughly half of deals sign same-day or next-day off the agreement, while the rest require ongoing follow-up
• Experience selling to small business owners, clinics, practices, or local operators
• Experience selling a product with a real price tag and a real contract
• Strong self-organization to manage your own follow-up and pipeline, with no SDR support
• Based in the US or Canada

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, medical device, or med spa sales
• Experience selling specifically to med spas or wellness centers
• Experience joining an early-stage team or offer

• 100% remote role (US or Canada)
