Tasks
- Talk with clients about their travel goals, budget, and preferences
- Research and recommend cruises, resorts, and European itineraries
- Book travel and confirm details with clients and vendors
- Track deposits and payment deadlines so nothing slips
- Follow up with clients before, during, and after their trip
- Keep organized records in our booking system
- Stay sharp on travel trends and supplier deals
Requirements
- Strong communicator, written and verbal
- Organized with sharp attention to detail
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace
- Loves travel. Personal travel experience is a bonus, not required
