No previous insurance experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and a structured development process.

• Meet virtually with individuals and families to understand their needs
• Present benefit and life insurance solutions
• Follow a proven sales and client-service process

Because we work in the life insurance industry, candidates selected to move forward must obtain the appropriate state insurance license. Guidance and support are provided throughout the licensing process.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Must be eligible to obtain a state life insurance license
