We run a structured, performance-driven sales floor: consistent lead flow, a proven script, hands-on daily coaching, and a full support system built to turn good salespeople into insurance producers.

You don't need to know insurance on day one

• You start as an appointment setter: booking appointments for our closers, learning the leads and the conversations before you ever have to close one. You earn a setter's fee for every appointment you book that closes.
• While you set, you complete our 2-week training program: structured call blocks six days per week, learning a sales framework refined from 2,100+ closed policies.
• After training, you pass a recorded pitch assessment, then book and close your own deals. You move to our structured draw model, based on a points program, plus full commissions and residuals on your closes.

Licensing

An active health or life license (any state) is preferred, but not required to apply. Not licensed yet? You can still apply, but you'll need your home state license before training begins (most people complete it in 1 to 3 weeks). We also have systems in place to help you get your future state licenses faster for those who do not yet have the 5-10 state licenses needed for the sales stage of training.

The money, honestly

1099, commission-based, uncapped. Typical first-year range for consistent agents is $40K to $80K. Established full-time producers earn $8,000 to $15,000/month, and our top producers earn over $250K a year, plus residual income on active policies. Most people have a slow first month; the ones who win are active every day from week one.

• Your home state insurance license before training begins
• Computer (Intel i5 or better, 16GB RAM), headset, and reliable internet (wired ethernet preferred; strong Wi-Fi or a USB internet dongle also acceptable)
