Garfield Refining is a 130+ year old refinery located in Philadelphia, PA. A leader in precious metal refining, Garfield delivers award-winning customer service to the dental, jeweler, pawnbroker, manufacturing, and death-care industries. We're expanding our remote call team and are looking for exceptional individuals to help us grow! In this role, you'll connect with existing clients to support their refining needs and timelines.

Our fully-renovated Philadelphia facility houses all processing operations under one roof. Our advanced assay laboratory staffed by dedicated in-house specialists ensures accuracy, transparency, and fast turnarounds from intake to payment.

• Karat gold jewelry and scrap gold
• Dental alloys (gold, silver, platinum, palladium)
• Sterling and fine silver
• Post-cremation precious metals
