Location: Remote, U.S. and Canada
Pay Range: $22 - $27 per hour USD
Schedule: Full-time, flexible daytime hours with at least 4 hours overlap with EST

Responsibilities:
Manage incoming requests and communications from team members and clients
Organize and maintain digital documents, spreadsheets, and records
Assist with scheduling meetings, tracking deadlines, and coordinating team activities
Support onboarding of new staff by providing process guidance and resources
Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for internal and client-facing use
Help implement process improvements and ensure workflow efficiency
Serve as a point of contact for general operational inquiries
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the operations team
Qualifications:
0 - 3 years of experience in office administration, operations support, or related roles
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools like Slack or Teams
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team
Proactive, reliable, and professional in all communications
