Remote Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) Opportunity in California
Job Summary
We’re hiring therapists across California to provide virtual therapy services. From the comfort of your home office, you’ll deliver counseling sessions, guide clients through personal challenges, and contribute to better outcomes for individuals and families. You’ll have a predictable schedule and a supportive team behind you.
Schedule & Salary
- Full-Time | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- $115,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Facilitate individual and family sessions online
- Develop and monitor treatment strategies
- Document services in line with state standards
- Adjust methods based on progress and outcomes
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or Psychology
- Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)
- Two or more years of therapy experience
- Skilled at connecting with clients remotely
