In this role, you'll assist clients with planning travel experiences that fit their lifestyle, interests, and personal goals. From relaxing beach vacations and luxury resorts to cruises, family adventures, wellness retreats, and bucket-list international journeys, you'll provide personalized guidance and coordinate every detail to ensure a smooth and enjoyable planning experience.

This flexible remote opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, staying organized, and delivering exceptional customer service. No previous travel industry experience is necessary. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and the resources needed to help you build a successful remote career.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss their travel interests, vacation goals, and preferred budget
• Research destinations, resorts, cruise vacations, hotels, tours, and travel experiences
• Develop personalized travel recommendations based on each client's preferences
• Coordinate reservations for accommodations, transportation, activities, and excursions
• Explain travel options, pricing, promotions, and itinerary details
• Communicate with clients through phone, email, virtual meetings, and online messaging platforms
• Partner with travel suppliers to arrange reservations and confirm booking information
• Review travel itineraries and documentation to ensure all details are accurate
• Maintain organized client files and reservation records
• Stay informed on travel trends, destination highlights, supplier promotions, and industry updates
• Deliver professional, responsive support throughout the client's travel planning journey

Qualifications

• Interest in travel, hospitality, customer service, tourism, consulting, or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable using computers, online software, and digital communication tools
• Strong attention to detail with effective critical-thinking skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
• Positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
