What You'll Do

• Follow up with leads, referrals, and prospective customers.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to understand customers' insurance goals.
• Recommend personalized coverage solutions based on individual needs.
• Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, and policy benefits.
• Prepare and present quotes while confidently communicating the value of coverage.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and clients through consistent follow-up.
• Develop new business through referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
• Respond promptly to customer questions and inquiries by phone and email.
• Identify cross-selling and additional coverage opportunities.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate customer records.
• Follow agency processes and participate in ongoing training and coaching.

What We're Looking For

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required (can be obtained upon job offer for the right candidate)
• Previous insurance sales or agency experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships and generate sales.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
• Confident communicator with excellent verbal, written, and active listening skills.
• Organized and consistent with follow-up.
• Positive, coachable, and open to feedback.
• Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and virtual communication tools.
• Passionate about helping customers find insurance solutions that fit their needs.
