What You'll DoAs a Licensed Insurance Sales Producer, you'll focus on growing the agency by developing new client relationships while delivering exceptional service to existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Prospect for new business through referrals, networking, lead follow-up, and outbound outreach.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Conduct needs-based insurance reviews and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
- Educate clients on insurance products, policy features, and available discounts.
- Cross-sell and round out household accounts to better protect customers and increase retention.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Assist with policy renewals and ongoing account reviews.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
- Meet and exceed individual sales and production goals.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licenses.
- Previous insurance sales experience.
- Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales goals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
