Position Overview

AO Globe Life is hiring a Remote Financial Services Consultant to help clients explore insurance solutions that may support their financial protection needs. In this role, you will meet with individuals and families virtually, learn about their situation, and educate them on life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients and schedule virtual meetings

• Conduct needs-based discussions with individuals and families

• Build professional client relationships

• Participate in ongoing training and coaching

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
