AO Globe Life is looking for Financial Protection Representatives to join our remote team. In this role, you will help clients review their needs and explore insurance coverage designed to support financial security during life’s unexpected moments.

This role is ideal for motivated professionals with backgrounds in customer service, sales, leadership, business ownership, or relationship management.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Connecting with prospective clients through warm leads

• Setting and conducting virtual appointments

• Identifying client needs through thoughtful conversation

• Explaining life, supplemental health, and accident insurance products

• Following up with clients and maintaining professional relationships

• Participating in training, coaching, and team meetings

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
