Remote Entry-Level Sales Leadership Representative
Important Compensation Information
This is a 100% commission-based position with no base salary or hourly pay.
Representatives earn commission from contracts they help generate. You can earn commission by setting qualified appointments, with additional earning potential if you also close the sale. Commissions are paid monthly as clients make their payments.
Most client contracts range from $3,000 to $6,000 and run for approximately six to nine months.

Galapagos Digital is searching for a Remote Entry-Level Sales Leadership Representative to join our growing team. This full-time remote opportunity is designed for recent graduates, individuals entering the sales industry, or motivated candidates who want to develop practical sales and leadership experience.
In this role, you will support our sales initiatives, connect with prospective clients, and help identify opportunities for businesses that may benefit from our services. You will receive training, work alongside experienced team members, and develop skills in prospecting, appointment setting, client communication, and sales strategy.
This position is best suited for someone who is self-motivated, comfortable with performance-based compensation, and interested in building a career in sales.
Responsibilities
- Contact and engage prospective clients
- Set qualified appointments for the sales team
- Assist in developing outreach and sales strategies
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Support senior sales representatives with client management
- Participate in sales meetings, coaching, and training sessions
- Maintain accurate prospect and customer records
- Track outreach activity and sales performance
- Collaborate with the team to improve campaigns and sales materials
- Work toward independently managing and closing sales opportunities
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A genuine interest in sales and professional development
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable computer and internet access
- Basic proficiency with common computer programs
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- A proactive, coachable, and self-motivated mindset
- Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
- Must understand and accept that this is a 100% commission-based position with no guaranteed salary or hourly pay
