- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Leadership potential or willingness to develop leadership abilities
- Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Zoom, Google Calendar)
- Previous sales or management experience is a plus but not required
