Position Overview

As a Remote Benefits Representative, you'll meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments to discuss available benefits and coverage options.

You'll learn about each client's needs, explain available solutions, answer questions, assist with enrollment, and provide ongoing service throughout the client relationship.

This is a client-facing insurance role with a sales component, making it a strong fit for professionals who enjoy helping people while being motivated by performance-based opportunities.

What You'll Do

Client Support & Benefits Education

• Conduct scheduled virtual appointments through Zoom and phone
• Learn about individual and family protection needs
• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits

• Guide clients through applications and enrollment

Relationship Management
