What You'll Do
As a Remote Customer Support Associate, you'll provide professional support throughout the client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
- Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options

- Assist clients with applications and enrollment
- Provide ongoing customer service and policy support
