What You'll Do

As a Remote Client Representative, you'll work directly with clients who have requested information regarding their benefits and coverage options.

Client Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments

• Explain available benefits, policy features, and coverage options

• Answer client questions and provide professional guidance

• Assist with applications, enrollment, policy updates, and service requests

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Follow up with clients to review changing needs and coverage options

• Maintain accurate documentation while following company policies and industry regulations

Professional Development

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
