In this position, you will meet virtually with individuals and families who have already requested information. All consultations are scheduled in advance—there is no cold calling, prospecting, or door-to-door outreach required. The role combines client service, mentorship, and leadership development within a structured, fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families via Zoom

• Help clients understand available coverage options and guide them through enrollment

• Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with documentation standards

• Deliver a professional, client-first experience during every interaction

• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs

• Build strong client relationships while contributing to a collaborative team environment
