What You'll Do
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as a trusted resource for clients and their families.
Provide Exceptional Customer Service
- Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
- Listen carefully to understand each client's individual needs
- Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
- Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits clearly and professionally
- Assist eligible clients with applications and enrollment
- Provide ongoing service and support following enrollment
Build Long-Term Client Relationships
- Create a positive, professional client experience
- Build trust through active listening and thoughtful communication
- Maintain consistent follow-up with clients
- Assist with policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and service requests
