What You'll Do

As a Remote Client Relationship Specialist, your primary focus will be creating a positive client experience while helping individuals and families understand available benefit options.

Client Relationships & Service

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with individuals and families seeking information regarding available benefits
• Build trust through professional, personalized communication
• Ask questions to understand each client's needs and priorities
• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
• Answer questions clearly and professionally
• Assist clients throughout the application and enrollment process
• Provide ongoing service and follow-up
• Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation
• Develop long-term client relationships through consistent service
